Cute 1 bedroom fully furnished all bills paid loft (approx 525 sf) in duplex. Stackable washer/dryer, covered parking & private entrance. Bedroom upstairs. Kitchen, living room, laundry room and bathroom downstairs. Located 5.5 mls. from downtown and the Riverwalk, 12 min. to Med. Ctr, and 5.5 miles from popular Pearl Brewery District. Great for couples, business travelers or temporary housing while relocating. Raquel is also a realtor. We offer a moving package if needed.
