Has the basics. Brought a toaster oven as there is no stove, which helped. Close to everything and owner was helpful with checking in and one internet issue was quickly resolved. All in all very comfortable and clean.

Very clean overall niche place one thing that kinda sucked was that when we got there the ac was off but it was understandable
