Awful, extremely unsanitary, used dirty towels/sheets and toilet not working, deposiit not returned.

The room was extremely dirty, dirt smeared on all the walls, bath tub not cleaned, furniture was too large for the room type and literally no room to move around in the room. The floors had debris and garbage not swept up everywhere, the window overlooking the parking lot was barely sealed into the frame, noise and water could easily come in, the hallways were barely lit, the elevator was also extending dirty, the toilet would not flush, the staff were rude, not just to me but to everyone that approached the front desk, they charged a $20 deposit which they did not offer to refund in cash at time of check out. Their policy specifically states you would receive your deposit back IN CASH, regardless if you paid with cash or credit card upon checking out and an inspection of the room. I had to dispute the charge for the deposit with my credit card company in order to receive my deposit back and that took over a week to resolve. The towels were used and had actual dirt and stains on them and were still damp from previous use. The sheets were not new clean sheets, they too were also stained and used previously and obviously not changed out. Staff was already knocking on doors 45 minutes prior to check out. I was already in the process of getting my luggage down to the lobby but was still approached by staff regarding checking out. The whole experience was horrible AND they charge a lot more than other similar hotels in the area. DO NOT STAY HERE! I am not exaggerating any of these issues.

Horrible place would never stay there again

Nothing, Absolutely nothing about this hotel.

Front end member at check-in was rude and condescending.He actually hung up on us when we called a couple nights before. Upon check-in , he refused to give us two room keys even though we paid for double occupancy as well as two pets. The whole place , especially the elevator was disgusting and dirty .

They did not have the amenities as described no breakfast. The pool was empty, so no water. There were roaches everywhere. The bed linen was filthy. The walls are filthy. The refrigerator in microwave was filthy. They did not have any type of room service. The towels were nasty. I had to buy towels. I had to buy cookware. I had to buy linen because by the time we got there, we were so exhausted and then we still ended up sleeping somewhere else. They have the ice machine downstairs and you have to get it in a bag. The sink was stopped up and I had two rooms. It was like that in both room rooms. I took pictures. Hopefully, I can post them.

Don’t pick this hotel this is my advice. There are too many hotels around it, but this one is so bad.

Nothing they are not to clean not nice they don’t have a breakfast and they put the offer they have breakfast, but they are not

Sleepless at Econo

What I didn't like was that I had to spend 2 hrs cleaning the bathtub just to shower or the floor I had to wipe down cause it was so sticky. Also the blood stains on the bed and walls, the door not locking but also that I was only given $20 of my $55 deposit back

Only 1 big towel provide and one for the floor for a family of 5 with double bed, blankets were cheap always falling off the bed. the hotel smelled a lot like cannibis no cups provided either website stated it was pet friendly and got charged $100 for 2 small breeds it also mentioned breakfast and it was only coffee. It mentioned a pool as well and pool was shut down with a tarp!!

The staff were friendly. All in all , pleased 2nd night of our stay.

Room 226 second night was clean, and was very pleased with accommodations. TV on and off was inconsistent, had to to move wire to turn on🤷🏻‍♀️

1st room (126) smelled of smoke , I’m not a smoker. No curtains on window , blind had gaps where tabs were broken. Fridge was dirty , toilet had leak ( water on floor). AC was very noisy. Complained and we were moved to another room 2nd night.
