It’s easily one of the best spots in Newport Beach. The views of the Pacific, the people, and the pier are unbeatable. Plenty of parking, a comfortable space, and an overall great vibe. I’d definitely come back again.

We stayed over the 4th of July weekend and even though it was really busy we still enjoyed our time. The house was well furnished and had plenty of starter supplies. Enjoyed using the boogie boards, beach chairs and extra beach towels.

We rented this home because we wanted to be right on the beach, and next door to shops and restaurants. This comes with unsheltered people
sleeping rough on your doorstep, and noise from the bar fights at closing time, but that was not a deal breaker for us. 3 stars because the place was a bit beat-up.
