This property is an excellent location for exploring Newport Beach. It is on three levels, so be aware if you have mobility issues or very small children. The photos accurately depict the place. Despite being on a busy street, it’s amazingly quiet. The bed we slept on (king) was very comfortable. The livingroom furniture is also comfortable. The kitchen is accommodating. Management staff answered my texts promptly.
Some utensils and cookware need updating. The fireplace does not work.

The washer decided to lock the lid and wasn't able to get it fixed for a couple of hours. However the host was very responsive and we didn't have any other issues. Also, there should be a small table on both sides of the master bed and in the extra bedroom. Also there should be a fan in the room with 2 beds. Otherwise the stay was very nice. Thank you!
