3. Convenient parking. We offer an enclosed garage and a car port (tandem parking). This makes loading/unloading very easy.

We had the best family vacation at this home! The property was exactly as advertised-clean and literally just steps to the sand. The owner is extremely responsive-we had an issue with the fireplace on the rooftop and Anthony had a repair guy out within 30 minutes to fix the issue. Amazing! We loved having so many restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shops, shopping etc within walking distance. We will definitely be back!

A perfect place for our annual Thanksgiving Gathering! Ample space for dinner. Place was super clean and tastefully decorated. Location was great with a short walk to the beach. Simple check in and out. Winding down at the end of the day was pure joy!

24th street is the perfect location. Take note that the listing says the whole house. But two days before my stay I got the check-in paperwork and it said it was the upstairs house. I have a child with crutches so that was a pain. Also the outside lights did not work and the handyman could not figure out why. The stairs with no light at night are so dangerous. There are no blankets only the comforters and we purchased more pillows. The couch is small. There is not enough seating for more than 4 people. The kitchen needs a good clean out with an update of basic kitchen stuff. Also the next door neighbor has a dog that barks like a maniac every morning at 6am. She lives there full time.

We booked this place not knowing the area at all and this place is within walking distance to EVERYTHING! We had a question about getting into the garage and the owner was able to immediately get back with me. The amenities were phenomenal. We will be back here again soon!

Anthony's place in Newport Beach was wonderful with easy access to a beautiful beach and the warmest water I've ever experienced in the Pacific. The upstairs unit was exactly as the pictures suggest, with more than enough room for my party of 3. The place was clean, well stocked and equipped, with wonderful touches like the upstairs roof deck, beach chairs and towels, and three Smart TVs. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

This house was awesome! Tons of towels for the beach and showers. Tons of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and sand toys. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is big with all items needed to cook daily, bathrooms nice and stocked with supplies. We don’t have a bad thing to say about this place.

Anthony was great to work with and the place was great! He went above and beyond to make things easy for us! This place is well furnished and nice with lots of bathrooms! It is very close to the beach and great to have a parking place! If you are seeking center of the action, this is perfect! If you prefer quiet, you may want to look elsewhere.

We loved our stay at Anthony's house. The location cannot be beat, and the house is new, modern, and clean. The rooftop deck was such a great feature and we enjoyed our evenings on it playing games. Anthony was very quick to answer any questions we had during our stay. We had a 3 and 1 year old with us. I felt the house was very child/baby friendly, and didn't need to worry about my toddler injuring herself or breaking any valuables. Thank you, Anthony, for such an amazing place!

Anthony was an exceptional host. The tandem parking was perfect. We had one suv that fit in the covered parking and a small suv that fit in the garage. The beach was less then 100 yards away and same with all the restaurants. The house was very modern and clean. We thought not having A/C would be a problem but with the windows open at night it was very cold and you could hear the ocean waves. A/C is not necessary. I would highly recommend this house.

This home is so close to the ocean with white water views from the rooftop deck. The proximity to the pier, restaurants and shops were key to our stay. There are two parking spots which made it convenient. We also booked the other townhome (2 bedroom) in this building which made it ideal for a large gathering.

The house was very well supplied with everyday things you would need for a family of 4. Literally can see the ocean from the deck or doors that open to the street. I would highly recommend to anyone coming to the Newport area. Anthony the owner is very helpful and available if you need anything. He does a great job. Plenty more room for others as well. My family has used this residence two years on a row. We absolutely love the home. It has all been recently remodeled and done well. Spacious and clean down to a tankless water heater that is eco friendly and a family necessity. The landlord is awesome, considerate, and very accomadating. We use the roof deck which has a beautiful gas fireplace when we want to enjoy the sunset ocean views with a nice glass of wine. The two main bedrooms are upstairs providing some quiet when early risers are messing around in the kitchen. We can walk a 100 meters and grab an awesome meal at the Flying Fish around the corner without needing to drive and park which is a challenge in this saught after neighborhood. There are two parking spots for medium to small vehicles which is a huge bonus. The landloard is very responsive with technical assistance and special requests. I only ask one thing of the wider rental community. Please don't pursue my week (3rd week in July). We will be using this as long as the landord owns the property. I guess that makes me selfish....oh well, get over it. I want to reach out and thank him for a job well done, thanks for the great memories.....:-)

Well I’ve had the pleasure of staying at both houses in Newport Beach. Both are what you would want in a beach house. He has kids beach toys, high chair, play pin. Also umbrella, beach chairs (3). The only thing you need is your family and friends. Anthony goes over and beyond what you get in his houses. Thanks again Anthony everything I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Newport. 10 ⭐️’s
