Doyle's Beach & Boardwalk is a collection of 7 beach condominiums in Newport Beach, CA. Located next to the Newport Pier, you wont find a better location central to all the greatest eating, playing, shopping, and relaxing that NB offers. This 4 bedroom condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen and living room. There is a communal BBQ located by the parking area for your use. There will be 4 beach chairs and a beach umbrella for use. You will have your whole condo and also share a common area with a condo across the hall. This area is large with hooks for clothes and towels and a bench for changing. It is a great place to store shoes and help keep your condo clean. We will have a manager on call at all times, and can be there in less than 10 min. for any issues. Located centrally to the Newport Pier, there are literally hundreds of great places to eat, shop and play within walking distance. With a safe & friendly town square 40 yards away, this is a great place for parents to let their kids roam with no worries. We can possibly provide up to 2 parking spots depending on size of vehicles and availability. (HUGE for summer rentals.) first booked, first reserved. But we believe the best way to experience Newport is by bike and boardwalk.
To ensure cleanliness, all of our linens come freshly wrapped from a linen service. Sheets and linens for the bathrooms will be wrapped on your bed upon arrival.

We love staying here because it is close to the beach, shops, restaurants, the best Churros, the pier and a fun waterfront park. Plenty of space for our family.

This home is just steps from the beach and has a lovely view even though it is not directly on the beach. The owners are very nice and gave us great recommendations for local places to try (try seaside donuts!). There are great restaurants, shops, and a weekend farmers market just a few steps away. This was a great place to stay for a family getaway.

We traveled from Montana to California as a 40th birthday vacation. Because of covid only 3 were able to go. There was plenty of room. Nothing fancy but it was clean and steps from the beach with a great view! Read the full description of property! We had to make up our own beds and towels were limited. Bedding not like pictures but still comfy. Property management was super wonderful and very friendly going above expectations. We would stay again and next time bring our families! Walking distance literally steps away from beach restaurants bike rentals and surf lessons. It was a great location for our trip.
