This is my wifes favority Newport Beach rental due to its location. Unfortunately this time we ran into some rather dissappointing issues. There was lots of dust on the window covering in the master bedroom, a pretty dirty area rug j.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: View was great. Property not do much. Stairs were steep and smell of grease from Pipeline snack shack was strong.
