The apartment was too messy.

The location and the size of apartment was good.

The beds were not arranged, the fridge was smelling bad, the dustbins were not emptied, there were used bottles lying on table, the towels, bedsheets, soap, shampoo were lying packed on messy bed. There quilts lying anywhere in room. It was total mess inside apartment.

very bad location of the apartment, very unsafe

the structure of the apartment is good.

The location of the property is bad, it is literally in the getto, so watch out. There is plenty of people trying to sell drugs on the street in the evening, so you can't take a walk.

Дуже гарне розташування, до центру дві зупинки трамваєм. Номер чистий, все необхідне є. Прохання додати капсули до кавового експресу щоб не шукати в магазинах, та і це не проблема бо магазинів поряд безліч.Велика подяку персоналу за сервіс, відбір ключів по коду і все заселення дуже зручно! Рекомендую!

Важко відрегулювати теплу воду та трохи кран на кухні хитається - боялися що зломимо, та зрештою то все було добре.

Ci siamo trovati bene, posizione ottima per raggiungere qualsiasi destinazione, fermata del bus a pochi metri, bar ristoranti minimarket, mercati rionali

Per brevi soggiorni, pulizia da migliorare!

Prezzo conveniente e appartamento abbastanza confortevole: Il bagno era carino e la posizione non male consideranto che si trova a circa 20 minuti a piedi dal centro. L'alloggio ha un terrazzino che affaccia davanti alla chiesa di Maria Regina Pacis e un altro terrazzo che affaccia su dei garage interni del condominio. Vicino al portone c'è un alimentari, di fronte la fermata del tram.

La pulizia lasciava parecchio a desiderare, non credo sia stato un caso perché non si parla di sporco recente. Nonostante fosse un appartamentino abbastanza nuovo trovare l'appartamento in quelle condizioni di pulizia ci ha lasciati delusi, anche perché dalle foto ci eravamo fatti un'idea che non ha rispecchiato poi la realtà. Eravamo in 6 per 2 giorni ma i caffé a disposizione erano 3. Il divano letto assolutamente da sostituire. Il quartiere non è dei migliori, fate attenzione la sera.
