El apartamento está muy bien por su ubicación, amplitud, decoración y vistas al río.
El no cumplimiento de los acuerdos. Primero, si señalas que tienes servicio de cocina y cuando llegas no hay ningún utensilio para cocinar y solo hay una pequeña olla, estás incumpliendo con el servicio ofertado, independientemente que quieras o no cocinar. Segundo, dices que el cuentas con aire acondicionado y la segunda habitación no lo tiene porque está estropeado, en pleno verano, con 38 grados en la habitación. Ni siquiera se toma el trabajo de colocar un ventilador adicional o simplemente reparar el aire.

Nice large living room with large bedrooms and 2 nice bathrooms... the sofa bed in the living room was fine..
The mattress of the double bed is in terrible condition. Please change so the next person can enjoy a nice sleep!
