Comfort Luxury Apartments

We arrived by train very late—at 10:30 PM—and couldn't find the apartment. We called the hosts, and they met us in the city center near the fountain. The apartment turned out to be on the ground floor, with a private entrance and a small terrace. It was very clean and tidy, and everything we needed was close at hand—tea, coffee, sugar, paper towels... We were very pleased and would recommend this apartment to future travelers. And our hosts treated us to some tasty goodies, too :)

I really liked how clean everything was, the wonderful fragrance throughout the apartment, the fact that it had two bedrooms, and the cozy living room with a TV. The interior décor, as well as the beautiful terrace, was absolutely wonderful. The mattresses were excellent—I had one of the most relaxing nights of sleep I’ve ever had!

There was only a microwave. It would have been nice to have a hob so that breakfast could be prepared using a frying pan.

Best location, super clean and modern apartment, friendly and accomodating hosts, garage parking. The building is located right off the main square in the city. Perfect for tourism and eating out. The hosts did not speak english but were extremely friendly and helpful and had a great attitude- with google translate everything was made simple, and they made us feel welcome and at home. They even left candy and drinks for us in the room. The room was very nice and super clean. They even had garage parking for our jeep and 2 motorcycles. This is the perfect place to stay.

Closeness to Vratsa city center. Apartment was clean, hand-over of keys was easy.

In the description it said "fully equipped kitchen" but there was no possibility to cook besides a microwave which was very disappointing. Also the hot water did not work and we had to call twice to fix it and the owner of the apartment who came was not really friendly. Bathroom is very small.
