Super ruhige Lage in einem Innenhof. Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung, die bei gutem Wetter die Option zum draußen sitzen bietet. Sehr angenehme Kommunikation und schnelle Reaktion auf Extrawunsch. Sehr gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV - wenn man mit dem Auto kommt und einen Parkplatz hat, dann lässt man es da auch stehen. Sehr zu empfehlen.
Das Bad war etwas klein, aber absolut ok und trotzdem mit ausreichend Stauraum und Platz für die Handtücher.

Die Dusche ist sehr klein, es war mühsam zu duschen.

Ruhige Lage in einem Hinterhof, schöner Innenhof, gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr, bis zur Innenstadt ca. 25 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn, Einkaufszentrum in fusslaeufiger Naehe.
Die Wohnung hat die besten Jahre hinter sich. Sehr enge Dusche mit Duschvorhang, Duschen ohne Überschwemmung kaum möglich (wie man auch an der Badezimmertür unschwer erkennen kann). Steile Treppe zum den Schlafräumen mit unterschiedlich hohen Stufen (gefährlich, wenn man nachts zur Toilette muss). Küchengeräte sehr runtergekommen, den Wasserkocher mussten wir vor Benutzung erstmal entkalken, das Backoeffchen war so dreckig, dass man es nicht benutzen konnte. Die ganze Wohnung roch muffig feucht. Für den Preis von 850€ für 4 Übernachtungen eine klare Enttäuschung.
