Holiday 33 Apartments EFG Schönhauser Allee mit Balkon

Fantastic location - perfect for transport links and walkable to lovely neighbourhood bars and restaurants. The apartment is spacious. The windows give excellent sound proofing from the road and courtyard. The bedrooms are at the back - away from the road and train noises. Beds are comfortable. We slept incredibly well!

The entrance way could be a bit unsettling when you arrive first time. It is on a busy inner city main road and has the security and graffiti you’d expect. It looks run down. But the building itself and the neighbours are very nice :)

Het appartement bevindt zich in een bruisende straat. De U-bahn stopt letterlijk voor de deur en in een mum van tijd ben je overal waar je wil komen. Het appartement is een heerlijke uitvalsbasis voor een stedentrip.

Code für Schlüsselfach kam pünktlich, hat alles geklappt. Die Wohnung war im großen und Ganzen sauber. Generell Bedarf es aber anderer Bilder zur Beerbung, denn die Unterkunft ist schon etwas "abgewohnt". Für 4 Tage aber ok.

Die Wohnung ist sehr laut, man liegt strassenseitig. Ohrstöpsel benötigt man jedenfalls. Der Fußboden ist abgenutzt und schaut sehr unschön aus. Die Bilder auf ihrer Plattform sind nicht aktuell, man bekommt erst mal einen Schock, weil man sich was "Schönes" erwartet, aber dann kaputte Frontüre, schmutziger Hinterhof, schmuddeliges Stiegenhaus. Die Wohnung hat abgenutzte Holzfußböden. Tipp: wenn man Böden mal überarneitet und dann auch die Vorhänge adrett aufhängt dann schaut das schon besser aus. Die Duschkabine auch recht alt, aber grundsätztlich war die Wohnung geputzt und recht sauber.
