Apartment was on the 4th Floor and there is no elevator in the Building . We had to carry all our bags to the top floor .

The apartment is well worth the money. As mentioned, its vintage style, so that's what you should expect from styling and furnishing point of view. Neverthless, the stay was largely comfortable. The owner / company managing the apartment has done a very good job of providing all information upfront in an automated way. They were also very prompt in replying to any queries and were very friendly. The apartment is well equiped and it has a personal parking spot which we appreciated a lot in a city like Berlin. The location is on a quite street adjacent to the famous Bernauer Street, with Tram and Metro connectivity within walking distance. There are ample supermarkets, cafe's and restaurants in walking distance.
Kitchen and Bathroom facilities can be upgraded.

It is really good value for the money. Apartment is not something trendy but it is clean, comfortable, there is everything you need. Bedrooms are spacious enough, beds are very comfortable, it is cozy place. Building and area is quiet and clean. Location is perfect! It is really close to the city center, well connected. The hosts were super nice, when we had problem, replied and solved it immediately. Overall it is a good and practical choice where to stay in Berlin.
Kitchen is very small, bathroom as well. There is not a lot of space, there is big bathtube but curtain just cover part of it so there is not much space. But it is kinda ok. Only thing I didn't like is toilet. There is not enough pressure, it is hard to flush, we had it blocked next day already. But owners were quick help to fix it!

Great location!
ACCESS TO THE APARTMENT: We had 3 different addresses: two different house locations and one for the keys.
INTERNET: no password was made available to us until we requested it on our last night.
TOILET: needs a better bathtub to avoid water spilling out of it and risk of
$$$$
