The apartment is bigger than I expected, you have two full rooms and everything for comfortable staying. The place has huge kitchen, toaster, coffee maker, dish and clothes washing machine. There is a nice park near the place which is also a bonus. Host is a very nice man even though he doesn't speak English, we could manage the communication.

It's a little bit far from the center, but it's Berlin, it has awesome public transportation. The apartment is on the first floor, it used to be a shop but now it's an apartment, it looks weird from outside, but it's nice from the inside.

Close to transport but on a quiet residential street with lots of trees. Flexible host who was there to meet us even though we arrived a bit late. Flat well equipped with everything you need. Lots of space.

Flat used to be a shop so is on the ground floor, with windows looking straight out onto the street. This doesn't encourage opening the windows and shutters, whch can mean the flat is a bit gloomy. On the other hand, anyone visiting Berlin is likely to be out all day anyway. There is small shop/cafe a few yards down the street, selling milk/bread and a bigger one further away. So anyone preferring to be close to lots of shops and cafes/restauants may feel this does not meet their needs.

1.It might have been cleaner( dust on shelves and upper surfaces). 2. There was no salt, pepper, and oil in the kitchen. 3. Pillows could be more comfortable. 4. Towels could be newer.

De locatie is prima.Het appartement was ooit een boekwinkeltje, en daardoor staan er nog steeds boeken. We konden op redelijke afstand het OV bereiken. De buurt is rustig. En er zijn genoeg eettentjes en koffiehuisjes in de buurt.

De vitrage van de voorramen was lang niet gewassen, en er was schimmel op de doucherand. De vloer was niet helemaal schoon. De waterkoker functioneerde niet optimaal en de braadpannen waren verouderd. Zonder lampen aan is het huis nogal donker, en we konden niet naar buiten kijken omdat de ramen gedeeltelijk waren afgeplakt; halverwege de week ging een rolluik niet meer omhoog. De eigenaar wilde dat wel repareren, maar dat ging natuurlijk niet zo snel. Daarnaast was ons verteld dat we de auto voor het huis konden parkeren.... maar daar moest je dan wel voor betalen. Het kostte ons een dag om uit te vinden waar we de auto wel gratis konden parkeren.
