The Space:
The apartment is located in the quiet rear building in Berlins most bustling district Prenzlauerberg. The former commercial unit is converted into a 3 bedroom apartment and offers 65 m² space for up to 8 guests. The living room offers comfortable sofa elements that can be converted into single beds and flat screen TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and ZattooLive TV function. The kitchenette is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove and oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a dining table. The bathroom has a shower and WC. Get ready for a truly Berlin experience just a stone's throw away from Mauerpark & Schönhauser Allee.

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral im Stadtteil Prenzlauer Berg und es sind diverse Läden, Restaurants, Cafes und Bars direkt um die Ecke. Die Wohnung schließt an einen Hinterhof an, daher ist es sehr ruhig. Das Bad ist nicht so schön (mini Waschbecken und alles etwas abgenutzt), die Zimmer sind nett, das Schlafsofa in der Wohnküche ist für zwei Personen eher unbequem. Es gab ein weiteres Zimmer (für Person 7+8), dies schien sich aber gerade in der Renovierung zu befinden. Küche ist für 6 Personen etwas spärlich ausgestattet. Es gibt aber einen Kaffeevollautomaten (waren sogar Bohnen drinnen), sodass man den Tag direkt mit einem guten Kaffee starten konnte. Insgesamt absolut zufriendenstellend für einen Kurzurlaub in Berlin!

Praktische Ausgangslage im Prenzlauer Berg um Berlin zu erleben. Beschreibung der Wohnung nur bedingt zutreffend: Bilder mit Wohnassecoires veraltet. Kissen und Deko nicht mehr vorhanden. Kücheneinrichtung war nicht für 4 Personen vollständig. Nach Kommunikation mit Vermieter wurde aber schnell reagiert, Geschirr aufgefüllt und sogar ein Kaffeevollautomat nachträglich geliefert. (Also Bohnen mitbringen!). Sauberkeit war ok, im Detail waren aber in den Ecken Spinnweben vorhanden und Tische und Stühle klebten etwas. Im grossen Ganzen ist die Unterkunft aber ok.
