Location of course. The size of the property. The number of toilets and showers. Spacious kitchen.

We waited half an hour outside before getting access to the property. We phoned 5-6 times without answer. There is a bad musty cellar like smell. Many non functional details: leaky toilet (stuck after flush), broken toilet roll holder, non-functioning gas hob (small burner), broken wine opener. Expected better quality kitchen equipment. You can get cheap high quality at IKEA

Very big house..near to the center of Napoli!!

Location was good and overall size of apartment was good. Beds were comfortable Bath room space was good Balcony for one room Airconditioning was good

No microwave to warm food One shower does not have warm water at all - even after discussion with property overall property upkeep is lacking - all showers are leaking, either by the water outlets or shower door. The shower heads are terrible, requires cleaning / replacement
