Maison centro storico

We had a great stay at Maison Storico. The property had all the amenities we needed, and check-in and check-out were straightforward and hassle-free. It’s in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from the bustling area with plenty of restaurants and bars, and also close to a metro station. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay, and we’d happily stay again.

The apartment has a fantastic central location – close to public transport, the historic centre and plenty of shops, restaurants and cafés. The apartment itself was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well, and the new windows did an excellent job of keeping out the noise from the street. The check-in process was easy and the host communicated well with us. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the apartment.

The apartment is on the third floor with no lift. It was not a problem for us, but it could be an issue for some guests. The building itself is somewhat run-down (like other buildings in the area), so the entrance and common areas may feel a little intimidating at first. However, we had no safety issues whatsoever during our stay. We came back late at night and always felt safe.

L' appartamento in sé è molto carino, dotato dello spazio e dei comfort (condizionatori e TV in ogni camera, doccia spaziosa, forno e macchinetta del caffè in cucina) per un piacevole soggiorno per due persone.

Il problema è il palazzo in cui si trova l' appartamento. È veramente spaventoso arrivare e trovarsi l'edificio che sembra cadere a pezzi, senza un portone d'ingresso, quindi con l' entrata accessibile a chiunque. Le scale sono buie, sporche, gradini e porte degli altri appartamenti non integri, pareti piene di murales. Sulle scale affacciano quelle che dovevano essere delle ampie finestre, peccato senza vetri e finestre. L' appartamento si trova al terzo piano e dopo 3 rampe di paura si può tirare un sospiro di sollievo perché per accedervi un cancelletto automatico che da un minimo di sicurezza e senso di protezione prima di arrivare alla camera.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt! Wir konnten in einer Parkgarage parken (gegen Aufpreis). Am Ankunftstag hat uns ein Mitarbeiter der Garage mit unserem Auto zur Unterkunft gefahren-am Abreisetag mussten wir allerdings mit dem Gepäck zur Garage laufen, aber auch das war ok.

Leider war in mehrere Stellen im Zimmer Schimmel-unter anderem direkt über dem Bett. Man konnte es auch riechen. Duschen gestaltete sich auch als Herausforderung, das Wasser wurde nicht warm, es blieb kalt oder wurde mal kurz heiß, außerdem war der Wasserdruck extrem niedrig.
