SECRET ROOM NAPLES historic center

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – Soggiorno perfetto, grazie Gennaro! Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento durante il nostro viaggio a Napoli e non potevamo fare scelta migliore! ❤️ Partiamo da Gennaro, il proprietario: una persona davvero super disponibile, gentile e flessibile. Siamo arrivati a Napoli alle 23:00 e, nonostante l’orario, ci ha accolti personalmente in appartamento, aspettandoci e dedicandoci tutto il tempo necessario. Ci ha spiegato con calma come funzionavano tutti gli elettrodomestici e ci ha dato tantissimi consigli utilissimi su dove mangiare, cosa vedere e come muoverci per raggiungere i principali monumenti e punti d’interesse. Una disponibilità davvero rara! L’appartamento è vicinissimo al centro e in una posizione comodissima per godersi Napoli. È accogliente, pulito e soprattutto dotato di tutto ciò che serve per sentirsi a casa anche durante una vacanza: due camere da letto entrambe con aria condizionata, bagno, balcone con stendino, lavatrice, frigorifero, TV e tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno senza pensieri. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo anche la tranquillità e l’organizzazione dell’appartamento: si vede che Gennaro tiene davvero ai suoi ospiti e cerca di farli sentire a proprio agio. La vera differenza, però, l’ha fatta l’accoglienza. Arrivare tardi la sera e trovare qualcuno pronto ad accoglierci con pazienza, disponibilità e tanti consigli ci ha fatto sentire subito i benvenuti. 🥰 Consigliamo assolutamente questo appartamento a chiunque voglia visitare Napoli e avere una base comoda per scoprire la città. Se torneremo a Napoli, sicuramente sapremo già dove soggiornare! The location right in the historic center was absolutely perfect for exploring Naples on foot! It was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained—a great base for a family stay. Above all, our host was incredible—exceptionally friendly, kind, and helpful with everything we needed throughout our stay.

Nothing major! Being in the heart of the historic center means the surrounding streets can occasionally be a bit lively at night, but that is expected in central Naples and didn't bother us.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to the center and other attractions. Gennaro was very helpful with everything, even calling us a taxi to the airport at night. You can contact him with any questions, and he is always ready to help.

It's noisy at night, but I think it's like that everywhere in Naples, or because the apartment was on the first floor, but you didn't have to climb the stairs 😉

Gennaro the host is absolutely amazing, responsive and always available; the location of the flat is great. I am originally from Naples so I like being close to the centre. the kitchen is very well equipped (although it would be nice to have powder coffee for the provided Moka at arrival or just a coffee machine with some capsules); the beds are comfy, the bathroom is spacious and everything works. there is also a washing machine, and iron+board and heating in both rooms. Definitely handy to have them all for a longer stay! there is also plenty of drinks and some snacks for very low prices, so if like me you arrive too late to go to a supermarket, you do have some basics that are charged at supermarket price so very fair. Via dei Tribunali is super close, and so is Via Toledo. I truly recommend this place.

I would definitely go back, the only downside is that the master bedroom is a bit noisy in the evening. after 1am it goes quiet. But Gennaro does provide earplugs, which do the trick!
