Beautiful and clean room. Love the view from the balcony! Staff were courteous and informative. Breakfast was delicious. Too bad I didn’t order the Napoli Sfogliatellas riccia and frolla dessert. I live that breakfast was brought to our room! One little detail that I think staff should keep in mind for travelers, they should pack a cold breakfast a day before for guests who are leaving early to the centrale to catch a train. I paid for my two nights stay & breakfast. Just something to consider. Thank you for your hospitality!

The front desk agent was welcoming and did a great job attending to my needs as I arrived before check in time. She provided recommendations of places to eat and even helped direct me to Pompeii via public transport which saved me money. The room was clean and staff prompt when responding to questions.

Wonderful stay at this property. Very convenient location, close to everything. We arrived on a Sunday and a little surprised by no staff on duty. Since it's last minute booking, Marco couldn't contact us while we were in the aircraft. However, he was very helpful by providing us all the details, very accommodating. The room is big and very clean. We enjoyed our stay. And will recommend to my friends.
