The front desk agent was welcoming and did a great job attending to my needs as I arrived before check in time. She provided recommendations of places to eat and even helped direct me to Pompeii via public transport which saved me money. The room was clean and staff prompt when responding to questions.

Everything was wonderful for my week long stay in Napoli at Dimora Duomo. The location is perfect for exploring the city. Breakfast each day was a perfect start to the day. My room was large with high ceiling, excellent air conditioning, a small kitchen, and a very comfortable bed. Check in was smooth and entering / exiting the property was easy. I will look to stay here again on my next visit to Napoli.

The room was spacious and clean and had all the amenities we needed. The shower was wonderful!
The staff was so helpful and the breakfast was really good, timely and well done.
Marco at the front desk was super accommodating and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!
The location was within walking distance of absolutely everything we wanted to see. Great central location!
