The only real advantages of this apartment were its location and its proximity to the metro. The host was also kind and helpful throughout our stay.

I was honestly relieved that we were only staying for two nights. It’s been a long time since I looked forward so much to checking out. The air conditioning was so ineffective that it might as well not have been there. We spent two sleepless nights because the room was unbearably hot and stuffy – it was difficult to breathe, and there was actually more fresh air outside than inside the apartment. The bathroom is in desperate need of renovation, and the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. If you’re considering staying here, it’s worth knowing that the “double bed” is actually a fold-out sofa that squeaks with every movement, while the extra bed is so low to the ground that it felt like sleeping on the floor. Given the number of positive reviews, we were genuinely surprised by our experience. I’m writing this review as a warning for travelers like us who rely on those ratings when booking.
