The location. So close to Retiro park, many cafes and grocery stores. Convenient to bus and metro, reasonable taxi fare to the centro. For my daughter and me it was perfect size. Clean. Laundry machine and drying rack.
Not enough essentials for 7 nights like toilet paper and towels to do dishes and wipe counters, hand soap, etc so we bought our own. Lock box needs to be upgraded it’s very hard to get into. There is a school in front and the kids are outside a lot so it is very loud in the morning and afternoon during school year but it didn’t really bother us as we were out and about.

La ubicación tan cerca del Retiro y en un barrio con mucha vida es estupendo
Bastante frío, solo un radiador,que hasta que entramos estaba apagado, y con piso de cerámica, resulta muy frío. El mando a distancia de la TV estaba roto y en general el apartamento estaba muy justo de comodidades.
