The location of the apartment was excellent – situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. The city center is within easy walking distance.

The apartment is realistically suitable for no more than four guests, not five or six as advertised. The sofa was very dirty and impossible to sleep on, so it cannot be considered a comfortable sleeping option for additional guests.

A localização é ótima, um bairro muito tranquilo, com diversos barzinhos, lojas, mercados. Bem próximo do metro e também do parque, para ir a pé mesmo. Realmente muito bom. O apartamento é ótimo, exatamente como na descrição, todo mobiliado. O acesso é feito por chave digital e não tivemos nenhum problema. Recomendo!

O sofá cama não é tão confortável, mas sem problemas. E o apartamento é pequeno para 6 pessoas, e com 1 banheiro só acaba prejudicando bastante a experiencia, mas não tenho nada a reclamar pois é exatamente como estava descrito.

Location is great with good access to Retiro park as well as transport links. Some nice local bars and eateries. Good communication re access and great to have electronic key. Apartment was cool and quiet and felt secure. We had an issue with a leak from upstairs shower....obv not the apartments fault but after delayed flight and arriving at 2am, we were awake again at 6am with water poring through ceiling in the kitchen area. Whilst they came to assess the issue quickly it meant we had to make sure we were in to speak to insurance/maint engineers.....an inconvenience

Really disappointed with the cleanliness of the sofabed, sofabed mattress as well as one of the headboards in the bedrooms.Even with clean sheet there was reluctance to sleep or sit on it. Floors were dirty too and walking barefoot meant very dirty feet. It's a real shame as the apartment could be easily and cheaply upgraded....a new sofa bed, some nicer pictures of local scenes (dont go to Madrid to look at pictures of Paris and NYC!), tv on the wall and rectangular table with fold up chairs. We were 4 adults in 3 beds and it was a bit of a squeeze. We paid abt €950 for 4 nights and didn't feel the quality of apartment justified that.
