El apartamento es amplio y cómodo. Está muy bien ubicado y hay acceso a restaurantes, supermercados y metro muy cercas. Es bastante silencioso respecto al ruido externo.
La agencia que lo alquila es pésima. La persona anfitriona se comportó poco amable. Nos dieron una sola llave de entrada al edificio y eso nos complicó la estancia. La lavadora estaba dañada y en un mes no pudimos usarla, teniendo que lavar fuera y no les importó en absoluto; había utensilios dañados o rotos (ejemplo copas y una cafetera vieja y quemada que no servía). Las tuberías del apartamento despiden un fuerte olor a cloacas bastante desagradable. Las almohadas terribles (una piedra)tuvimos que comprar las del cuarto principal.
