Die Lage ist absolut Top, nahe Park und U Bahn. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß, bietet Platz für Kleidung und sonstiges. Der Kühlschrank ist ausreichend groß und vor allem leise. Es gibt reichlich Steckdosen und das Bett ist okay, die Dusche gut Trotz ein paar kleinerer Mängel würden wir wiederkommen

Das Badezimmer war eiskalt und nicht beheizbar. In einer anderen Wohnung fanden wir eine kleine Elektroheizung zu diesem Zweck, was hier auch machbar wäre. So kostet das Duschen Überwindung.. Ein bisschen Schallschutz zum Beispiel durch dichte Fenster wäre schön, damit man nicht jede Nacht von der lauten Müllabfuhr geweckt wird. Ebenso könnte die Abdunkelung vor dem Fenster zur Straße und dem Fenster zum Lichthof besser sein (bzw. vorhanden). In der Küche fehlt eine Schüssel, z.B. für Salat

Great location. The apartment is well furnished and the owner is very responsive and helpful. My messages were responses very fast.

The mattress should be better. It was somehow tough to sleep on because it was bending easily. The heating is via air conditioner so it does get cold fast in the flat during cold weathers.

The location was excellent. The neighbourhood was buzzing everynite with restaurants, bars, bakeries and a large supermarket. Underground to central attractions just across the road. Safe, quiet ideal. Owner was conveniently on the phone to deal with any issues.

The listing was with a double bed and sofa bed. The sofa bed was just a sofa, hard plastic surface with no linen for two of the eight day stay. This was very uncomfortable. A couple sleeping on the double bed only will work, or if the sofabed is used by a small child.

The building is very old and poorly maintained. The front door key is extremely difficult to use. I was left outside for quite a while until another resident came and managed to open it with his key, confirming that the door is indeed a problem. The staircase to the upper floor is badly chipped, and the elevator makes an incredibly loud noise. There is little to no insulation in the windows or walls, so outside noise comes in very easily. At 2:00 a.m., people outside were chanting “Happy Birthday,” and noise from inside the building also carries everywhere. It was very difficult to fall asleep. There is a metro station close by, but to switch to main lines to go any tourist sites, it take at least a good 5 min to go up and down and down and up the escalator. The washing machine is as old as the building and very hard to open unless you yank it forcefully. The shower does not shut off properly and drips all night. Overall, this place is definitely not worth the money. After three nights, instead of feeling rested, I feel completely exhausted. The host was nice enough to come fix the washing machine, but kept sending me messages in Spanish, which I could not understand.
