La ubicacion es lo mejor de este piso, justo al lado del parque de el Retiro
La habitaciones son muy pequeñas, las maletas no entran en la habitacion y todos los espacios son muy pequeños, la dotacion del piso con respecto a los elementos de aseo son demasiado basicas, lo justo para la primera noche y no alcanza para varios dias, la ventilacion del wc2 da al hall de alcobas, generando malos olores al piso

cuando realizas la reserva no te indican que te cobrarán por un late check inn. Mi vuelo se demoró cosa que no puede controlar uno como viajero y en mi caso cobraron 70 euros por demora en la hora de llegada lo cual me parece absurdo ya que va aumentando dependiendo de la hora de llegada. Es más de un 30% del costo por la noche.
