It is very spacious and well equipped. It is close to some supermarkets, has bus stops and subway stations close by, and it is close to the big park. We loved this.
Not really. This is really a nitpic, but the owner can easily fix it. The shower head is super thirsty and drains they small geyser in the apartment very fast. After showering the kids, we had to always make haste to still get some hot water out of the tap. Perhaps a water saver shower head would go a long way here.

Es espacioso, estaba limpio, bien ubicado.
Nos pidieron una Fianza de 300 euros que no vi inicialmente en el anuncio. Sí nos la devolvieron a los 3 dias de haber dejado el departamento. Fue el único departamento que no encontramos insumos básicos de cocina como sal, café, azúcar, aceite.

It’s located in a good area, and the size of the accommodation is good.
To start with, the double bed is small, and the two single beds are uncomfortable. One of them squeaks so much that it’s impossible to sleep on it. The rest of the accommodation is okay, but it’s poorly maintained and slowly falling apart.

Apartamento muito bom e espaçoso. A localização é boa com variado comercio proximo.
As camas eram péssimas com barulho muito incomodo ao qualquer mexer. Tivemos que colocar os colchões no chão. Tivemos uma estadia de 4 dias para 6 pessoas, contudo deixaram apenas 1 rolo de papel higiênico e nenhum outro amenity de banheiro. Cozinha muito bem equipada mas detergente para louça não estava disponível. O apartamento de cima estava em obra, logo tivemos muito barulho durante o dia e o anfitrião disse que nada poderia fazer.
