Really well furnished property. All amenities in excellent condition and the whole house is well swiped and very comfortable.
Minor complaint, parking is a bit tricky as ideally you need to reverse your car down a narrow alley off a busy road.

Breakfast is not applicable. The house was comfortable and in good location for eating out. It is near bus stops and shops and access to several walks from the house Parking access was certainly challenging but I was not driving!!! We used buses to go around Lake District. Very convenient.
We did like most things. I wish there had been a bit more outside sitting space/- but I realise it was needed for car parking We did not ever use front door as key didn’t work there// but really no problem as back door is excellent when we realised the knack of opening it— I think it might be warped a little. I could not use the big shower head/- but the small one was fine!!

Stayed a few times now and it’s in a great location with parking ideal for for exploring Ambleside
The sofa could do with an upgrade it’s not very comfortable and getting a bit uncomfortable. Also a new softer mattress in the back bedroom would be a great addition, would probably make it a really enjoyable stay instead of an ok one
