The lack of windows which was mentioned previously and I accepted it eventually

I like the staff was really friendly and helpful
They don't have lift and I suffer too much to carry my luggage to the second floor

The hotel is managed by a few ladies who are doing a great job keeping it clean, providing a great level of comfort and are extremely helpful to provide us recommendations around the city and even spoke to our Yandex driver to arrange our pickup for the airport.
Breakfast is cooked by them every morning and has a nice variety, and it really reminded of home. Thank you for the great stay!

The location is nice and the breakfast was good. The town square is close by and management is friendly
The room was on 2nd floor and no lifts so had to drag it upstaris. Also there was no water bottles or basic amenities in the room. People in the reception could not speak english (only 1 of them could).
