Diamond Hotel Yerevan

I am Iranian and my friend who is in Armenia introduced this hotel to me We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights with our family. The location of the hotel was great. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The main problem was that he didn't have breakfast. Of course, there is a good restaurant under the hotel where you could have breakfast. The carpets on the floor were old, but they kept them clean. The air conditioning and internet in the hotel were very good The number of rooms in the hotel was few and it was very well insulated and it was very quiet. I have been in Dubai, Istanbul and Thailand a lot, but this hotel is very quiet unlike them. Unlike many hotels in Yerevan, the rooms of this hotel were large, and in our room there were two comfortable and clean queen-size beds and a travel bed (because we were three people). There was an ironing table in the hallway where you could iron your clothes yourself if you wanted I recommend it to everyone

I wish they would put a microwave in the room. I wish the hotel had breakfast Of course, they put coffee, tea, and water in the room every day, and we could make tea and coffee with an electric kettle, but I think a kettle or anything that can be used to heat a simple meal is needed in the room.

Amazing location staff were friendly and overall was good , having 24/7 market right beside was great , room walls need to be clean not that they were dirty just luggage stains

Hotel needs renovation immediately and bathroom are small for such big rooms ,

Diamond hotel is in an excellent location. It is near various POIs, good restaurants etc. I had a good stay at the hotel. The staff were helpful when booking some private taxis and gave some good guidance about the neighbourhood.

The shower pod in the bathroom is quite cramped. If other clients are active in the night in the hallway you can hear them.

The hotel’s location is convenient, and the staff were friendly and polite.

The facilities are quite poor. The chairs are damaged, the bathroom is extremely small, and the room’s walls are dirty. We booked a room for three people, but the third bed was just an old, broken foldable bed with an uncomfortable mattress. There’s no proper lobby, no breakfast service, and no proper cafeteria—overall, it feels more like a single-floor lodging than a proper hotel.
