Only the location was perfect!

Never i saw hotel situated at the underground floor!!! If i new it from before never i will booked it. The room which they give me from the beginning was with awfull smell(of fungus), because there is no windows= no fresh air. Terribly! Also i have some questions for the quality of the washing process of linen. Pillows do not have the antiallergic hygiene cover, as a resault they was yellow colour and smells bad from previous visitors. The linen do not smell's fresh and clean. As soon as i asked for another room, they gave me it immideantly. It was with now bad smell, had a window close to the silling (and sometimes people was passing by my windows and they can see clearly what is at the room)). So i had to close the only one small window with curtains. Pillow had the same condition, the rest of the room was clean. Also there is no ramb to transfer a laggage easily, just steps. (i am wondering how they get a license for the business?? If they had one....). Breakfast at the only one big round table, so you have to eat your meal with another srange people. The only pleasent moment at my staing is the perfect location. After i notest that they had and another entrance where they had other rooms, maybe they was better, but anyway its an undeground again....
