    Once we arrived after long travel, we were told that they didn't confirmed the reservation, hence we showed them email from Agoda. It was very disappointing. Not recommended at all.

    I have found bad smell in the toilet due to malfunctioning of exhaust fan, AC was not cooling, leaking shower, no jet spray, breakfast was below average even i have paid a handsome amont

    Nice place to stay, A very friendly and accomodating staff. Specially ELLen and the tall girl who always prepared our breakfast (sorry, forgot to ask her name 🤭) Very convenient because it's located in the center of the city which you can access, restaurants, grocery stores,Bar, pharmacy, name it, It's all there. Worth every penny you spend.
