Superb

Lovely apartment with everything you could possibly need including a washing machine. The lady owner was fantastic, even though she didn’t understand any English. She was extremely helpful. The breakfast was more than what you needed with choice of bread, fruits, yogurt etc with a coffee maker. Easy to catch the bus into town so you don’t have to bother driving. Parma was a real surprise with heaps of things to see and do. The food and food tours were brilliant.

I have stayed many times in B&B Il Parco during travels to Parma. It is my favourite place due to the friendly host, the excellent resources for breakfast (breakfast in the room), and the spacious apartment which has a living room, bedroom and large bathroom with washing machine. The B&B is not in the center, and I like it because of the quiet and residential atmosphere of the area. There are good connections to the center with bus 9, and the nearest stop is just 1 minute away from the B&B. Bus can be paid with credit card; no hassle; and buses come during daytime every 20 min. (but not in evenings after 8 p.m.).

We were greeted by the host at the door. She was very pleasant and showed us around the apartment. The apartment was very clean and well stocked with food for breakfast and snacks. Great location as It was very close to family.

Great appartment in a quiet residential neighbourhood with very friendly host

B&B Il Parco is a very nice place to stay, and it is my favourite place to stay in Parma. Location is a bit out of the center, but it is near a parc in a residential and quiet neighbourhood, and it suits me beautifully. Very pleasant and quiet. The host is very friendly and accommodating, and the appartment has a small garden, good internet, a kitchen which is well stocked with things for having a breakfast. There is a really good coffee machine. I always look forward to stay.

Wonderful stay!

My family and I had a 4 night 3 day stay at B&B Il Parco and we absolutely loved this location. It was spacious, clean, felt fresh and had the warm, cozy feeling of being home. The owner was the most nicest and caring host ever and I wish we didn’t have a language barrier so we could have had more conversation between us. From this location we were able to easily drive into Parma, Modena and Bologna for day trips during our stay. She leaves everything you will need for breakfast and snacks in the kitchen so we had no need to go out for breakfast and coffee each morning which was very helpful because of our 2 children we had with us. She even had drinks and some food items in the refrigerator for us as well. Each day, she also replenished things for us to have more for our use. Free public parking is convenient located right outside the building and we had no hassle at all finding parking each evening when we returned from our travels. Just an over all great experience at this location for our family of 4!

I Proprietari due signori squisiti , un appartamento tenuto in maniera maniacale pulito perfettamente tutto in ordine coperte e cuscini in abbondanza e soprattutto attrezzato in tutto macchinetta del caffe cucina micronde frigo bollitore ecc ecc , raramente abbiamo trovato tutto questo e per chi come no viaggia con bambini é fondamentale.

Piacevoli strutture per visitare Parma e dintorni! Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili!

Abbiamo avuto un disguido: presso la location scelta (questo B&B) il giorno dopo che siamo arrivati, hanno cominciato a fare lavori di ristrutturazione del condominio. La signora, che non aveva colpe, ci è venuta incontro e abbiamo deciso di andare nell'altro B&B che gestisce, l'Antico Casale San Pantaleone a Sorbolo a Levante, pochi km fuori Parma, verso Brescello. Entrambi i B&B sono confortevoli (il Casale di S.Pantaleone è quasi restaurato completamente) e nella ns situazione, molto più silenzioso! La signora ci è venuta incontro in tutti i modi possibili, scusandosi per quanto successo (ma non era colpa sua!) e lasciandoci anche due doni molto graditi! Consiglio sicuramente entrambi; sia Il Parco a Parma (posizione comoda per l'arrivo, a 15 min di bus dal centro, ben arredato e funzionale) sia l'Antico Casale San Pantaleone, per la posizione, il relax della campagna e le camere restaurate da poco (alcune con piccolo angolo cucina all'interno)! Entrambe le zone molto silenziose di notte, e comode per i supermarket: ce ne sono vicini a circa 1 km o meno (un Esselunga vicino a Il Parco - Parma ed un Conad vicino a Sorbolo a Levante). Un ringraziamento alla signora che ci ha dato la possibilità di passare il periodo di ferie in maniera più che ospitale!

Il rumore del tassellatore alle 8 del mattino nel muro del B&B a Parma, ma non era colpa della signora, anzi! lei ci è venuta incontro in ogni modo possibile! in definitiva, quindi, niente!

Parma, città d'arte e di cultura

Confermo tutte le valutazioni positive sprecedenti su questo B&B e lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia fermarsi a Parma per qualche giorno ma anche per periodi più lunghi. L'appartamento è ampio, pulito e molto accogliente. Dispone di tutto ciò che serve sia in cucina che in bagno ed ha una spaziosa camera con un letto matrimoniale che io ho trovato molto comodo.La proprietaria ci ha accolto con grande gentilezza e ci messo a disposizione ogni ben di Dio per la colazione. Insomma, ci siamo sentiti a casa e non vediamo l'ora di tornare a Parma, per visitare anche le bellezze artistiche che nel nostro breve soggiorno non siamo riusciti a vedere. Ovviamente torneremo molto volentieri al B&B Il Parco, anche perché nelle sue immediate vicinanze c'è un ampio parcheggio pubblico gratuito dove si può lasciare l'auto. Il centro può essere raggiunto comodamente con i mezzi pubblici.

Apesar de não ser servido, o café estava disponível para você mesmo fazer. Era muito bom, tinha muitas opções e a geladeira estava cheia. Gostei dessa forma, te dá liberdade para comer a hora que quiser. Cozinha completa. Mercado próximo.

A porta do apartamento é ao lado da porta de entrada do prédio. Desta forma se torna barulhento em alguns horários.
