About this apartment rental
This is a fantastic opportunity for couples and families looking for a relaxing holiday close to the sea. A modern and bright one bedroom apartment with air-conditioning located in the popular "La Fragata" urbanisation, close to Estepona marina. The property is tastefully decorated offering a relaxing environment for those looking to enjoy their holidays near the port of Estepona and the beach. The apartment has one good-size bedroom with a king size bed, plenty of storage space and direct garden views. The bedroom benefits from a spacious en-suite bathroom with a modern walk-in shower, WC and hand basin as well as a large dressing room. The kitchen is fully equipped with new quality appliances such as fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. The living/dining room has a dining table for up to four guests right next to the kitchen and automatic shutter blinds. In addition to a comfortable sofa bed for an extra guest, it is equipped with a flat screen TV where you can enjoy a wide variety of international channels such as Sky and a high speed fibre optic connection. From the living room you have access to the sunny patio with garden views and access to the communal areas and swimming pool. You'll find an outdoor table with chairs and umbrella where you can enjoy your lunch or dinner "al fresco". The urbanisation of "La Fragata" offers beautiful communal gardens with a great variety of tropical and Mediterranean plants. Parking is on street and there is always plenty of public parking around the port. All in all, an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing holiday, near shops, bars, restaurants and the port of Estepona.

We had a fantastic time in estepona, the apartment had everything you needed for a very comfortable stay. The pool was right on your door step. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for a lovely holiday

Lovely apartment set in well maintained gardens and 10 seconds to a good sized pool. 10 minutes walk to the marina which is full of restaurants and bars and 2 supermarkets at 5 to 10 minutes walk away. Estepona also has beautiful beaches, promenade and old town. It is a good base to see southern Spain. The two negative points that we found were a) while there is a super choice of tv channels, the WiFi performance is poor hence a lot of buffering; b) the apartment would benefit from a small shopping trolley as while the supermarkets are near, there is a steep hill to climb with heavy shopping.
