**PLEASE NOTE: The guest who makes the reservation/the name on the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, and he/she must be in the rental the entire length of the stay. That person will need to arrive first in the group, as the check-in packet will only be released to him/her. No exceptions will be granted.**

Overall, we had a great stay! The home was clean, and the amenities of staying at North Beach were truly amazing. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we especially appreciated the generous supply of towels—unlike other rentals, we didn’t have to do laundry every day, which was a huge plus. That said, there are a few things future guests might want to know. While the living room furniture looks beautiful in the photos, it was quite worn and not very comfortable. Also, although the kitchen had all the basic cookware and tableware, there weren’t even salt and pepper shakers in the cupboards. A heads-up about that would have been helpful.

My family had a wonderful week! This is a beautiful home and was in a great location, easy walk to the pools and beach. The management was very helpful and accommodating as well.

Very clean, nice accommodations with well stocked kitchenware/cooking utensils. The management was very responsive to any issues (minor) we had. We had 12 onsite guests and several more of our family visited during the day while we were there. Plenty of room. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom and that we could do laundry throughout our week-long stay. Great location with free shuttle service to the pool area - beach. Nice quiet neighborhood. Our extended family fully enjoyed our stay. We will look for similar accommodation on our next get-together.

We got an email ahead of check-in stating there would be 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. When we arrived the ladies all had to go. Surprise!! There was NO toilet paper in the house. Also no hand soap, no bar soap, no dish soap, no dishwasher soap, no paper towels and no dish towels.
We were there for a wedding. There was no ironing board or iron anywhere. We looked all over the downstairs.
One TV worked, most did not. 1 TV worked some. There were no instructions how to work the remotes and no printed channel guide. The guide on the TV screen only worked on one TV. Some remotes had dead batteries.
We put dishes in the dishwasher and it leaked water on the floor. The repairman came out while we were out, left it running. It leaked again. We were going to wash dishes in the sink, but there was no topper for either sink bowl. No glad wrap , no baggies. No way to store leftovers. TP and soap was delivered when requested, but it should have been there when we arrived.
The house was nice, and the heat and AC worked, but the house keeping items and maintenance were lacking. Kind of like it was the first time it was rented.
I hope that you do better the next time.
