**PLEASE NOTE: The guest who makes the reservation/the name on the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, and he/she must be in the rental the entire length of the stay. That person will need to arrive first in the group, as the check-in packet will only be released to him/her. No exceptions will be granted.**

- Access to Beach Fit, the onsite state-of-the-art fitness center, is also included with the rental
- Complimentary shuttle service to all onsite amenities, including between the towers/pool complex and houses, is provided to all guests
- For an added fee, you can visit Cinzia Spa where they offer a variety of massages, facials and body treatments
- Resort is located directly across from Barefoot Landing which features over 100 retail shops and 15 restaurants
- Resort is 5 minutes from Tanger Outlets and only 20 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, Broadway at the Beach, the Skywheel and the Myrtle Beach Board Walk.

Reservations/units will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price.

Location is great. Quiet neighborhood. Access to pools and beach were convenient. We had 3 families staying together and the set up was perfect for us each to have privacy but also group time. Couches were uncomfortable and could use replaced. Beds were fine. Definitely could use a deep scrub in area but it didn’t bother us too much.

Property was great pool was great and clean. Cleaners came in to clean during our visit which was not a problem, nice to know they keep up with maintenance. Will book again.

This rental is not managed by Vrbo but by iTrip. The beds in all 5 rooms were horrible like sleeping on a box spring. The comforters were so worn you could literally see through them if held up. One of our guest went to Walmart to purchase two pillows. The couches were so dirty we put towels down to even sit, the fridge shelves were missing or broken, the dishwasher must not work properly bc the tablets were still in the dispenser and not dissolved. The dishes were clearly dirty when we went to use them but thankfully we brought paper plates and forks so we didn’t have to utilize much of the kitchen utensils. Many of the tv remotes had no batteries. The toilet seats wear so old they all had such wear and tear. The expectation when renting a rental is that it is a rental and things won’t be perfect but for the price you spend they can replace the above to give a better experience overall. As for the location it was perfect walking distance to the pool and beach. You could walk across to some restaurants and to barefoot landing. We didn’t utilize the pool at our house we had 2 children with us and thought we’d get more use out of the pool but they loved the resort pool. Resort is open from 9-10 and much more kids activities at the resort. The resort staff were super nice and helpful. I typically don’t leave reviews but iTrip requests that if you won’t leave a 5 star review to please contact them first which I did not as I feel that people should be able to read truthful reviews
