About this house rental
**PLEASE NOTE: The guest who makes the reservation/the name on the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, and he/she must be in the rental the entire length of the stay. That person will need to arrive first in the group, as the check-in packet will only be released to him/her. No exceptions will be granted.**

The primary suite is conveniently located on the main floor, making it ideal for families or guests who prefer fewer stairs. Whether you're lounging poolside, exploring the resort, or enjoying the short stroll to the beach, this home has everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay.

- Access to Beach Fit, the onsite state-of-the-art fitness center, is also included with the rental
- Complimentary shuttle service to all onsite amenities, including between the towers/pool complex and houses, is provided to all guests
- For an added fee, you can visit Cinzia Spa where they offer a variety of massages, facials and body treatments
- Resort is located directly across from Barefoot Landing which features over 100 retail shops and 15 restaurants
- Resort is 5 minutes from Tanger Outlets and only 20 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, Broadway at the Beach, the Skywheel and the Myrtle Beach Board Walk.

I wish I could give this stay 5 stars. The house is spacious and well decorated. It was wonderful having a pool in the backyard. House is a short walk to the pool and beach, or you can just take the bus/van if you don’t want to walk which came in handy with 2 kids. House is right across the street from Barefoot Landing which the kids loved. The thing that made this 4 star instead of 5 was that the house could have used a deep cleaning. Examples of issues were patio pads had mold, there were dead bugs that should have been cleaned up in the pantry, under the couch and in the rugs before we arrived. We also unfortunately had live bugs which is not what you want to have on vacation. However, I did reach out to the property management company and they were very responsive. They sent cleaners out to address issues and offered to spray for the bugs, which we declined due to the kids. Even with the issues we had a lovely stay.

We returned to this house for the second year in a row. It’s the perfect set up for our two families. Lots of space to spread out, and all of the amenities you could need were ready to go.

The house and location was perfect for a family vacation with my parents, mother in law, kids, and brother and family. We enjoyed the house and the short walk to the beach and pools. There is plenty to do in Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. We would definitely stay again. The check in and check out process was a breeze!
