Mermaid Cove 4BR/3.5 Bath Pool Sleeps 12 only 2 blocks from the beach

We LOVED our stay! The house was clean and well stocked. The pool was warm but refreshing after a beach day. Someone came to clean the pool during our stay which we really appreciated. The host was great at communicating and answered questions quickly. The beds were comfortable and I felt like the property was accurately shown. Beach is just a short walk away and the only day the beach was crowded was July 4th (to be expected). The location was great with multiple things to do and restaurants nearby. We walked to ice cream at Native Joe’s and barefoot landing for fireworks. We would absolutely stay again!

We were very impressed by this property and how gorgeous it was! It was amazing to have our own private pool with the kids. Georgia was also very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again!

Hi, I have been visiting this property every year for the last 3 years and there have been some changes . There are no pool items/ beach items like floats or other items, hardly any games other than foosball table and small games. Could you more of these items. The price has gone up more than the average. No Spectrum tv included and no phone service. All linens and towels need to brought in by the renters. Other than that , we have enjoyed the property and stay. Very relaxing place and close to many attractions and restaurants. Close to beaches and pier

The house, location and pool were very cute overall. Property manager was quick to respond and helpful. I can’t give this property a 5-star review though, because two days before check-in in my welcome email I then found out this home does not include linens or towels. There was no description of this anywhere on the listing, and had not been discussed in the previous 4 months I had this listing booked. I have personally never experienced this. I had to scramble to rent these items the day before arrival at an additional cost. The linens then get dropped at the door where you have to haul them up 3 stories to make all 8 beds and stock bathrooms. At the end of your stay you have to again strip every room and put bagged linens back outside. For the cost of a fully furnished rental, this felt like a chore. Had I known this upfront, maybe I would of felt different so I could prepare.
