About this house rental
**PLEASE NOTE: The guest who makes the reservation/the name on the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, and he/she must be in the rental the entire length of the stay. That person will need to arrive first in the group, as the check-in packet will only be released to him/her. No exceptions will be granted.**

This beautiful 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home features a private pool, a spacious layout, and all the comforts of home — just 300 yards from the ocean and the resort’s amazing pool complex. The primary suite is conveniently located on the main floor, making it ideal for families or guests who prefer fewer stairs. Whether you're lounging poolside, exploring the resort, or enjoying the short stroll to the beach, this home has everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay.

- Access to Beach Fit, the onsite state-of-the-art fitness center, is also included with the rental
- Complimentary shuttle service to all onsite amenities, including between the towers/pool complex and houses, is provided to all guests
- For an added fee, you can visit Cinzia Spa where they offer a variety of massages, facials and body treatments
- Resort is located directly across from Barefoot Landing which features over 100 retail shops and 15 restaurants
- Resort is 5 minutes from Tanger Outlets and only 20 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, Broadway at the Beach, the Skywheel and the Myrtle Beach Board Walk.

We booked through iTrips for my daughters 15th birthday. I think this was my 3rd or 4th time booking with them and I will continue to book through iTrips. The house was amazing and the kids loved it! Anytime we needed something, all I had to do was send a text and they were right on it, even on the weekends and after business hours!

First Time to Myrtle Beach on a four guy golf outing. The house was a comfortable place to begin and end our days. The home has comfortable beds and furniture. Didn’t do much cooking but kitchen accommodations seemed adequate. The only items that require attention are the low water pressures in the bathroom sinks, slow draining in one of the upstairs tubs and missing light bulbs in a couple bedrooms. Overall a very nice home that I would definitely rent again.

We had a great time and enjoyed all of the amenities the house and resort had to offer. The pool deck is small, but comfortable accommodated 6 women for most of the day. Great location to walk to the beach, the resort pools or even nearby restaurants. Also, ample parking in the driveway and access to the garage.
