Place is really clean and has all modern conviences, pool ,gym...

Location is central but a little run down ,but I walked every night without any worries or concerns

Excellent Mood!

The host and hostess...are the best. I immediately felt both welcome and at home. They exceeded any expectations.....and their knowledge of the neighbourhood/Rio was very useful. I would highly recommend a stay here if you have decided on Downtown Rio! You have most things restaurant, bars, supermarkets all within a few minutes walk. I definitely return again amd again!! Great accomodation to stay.

If you’re looking for a nice, quiet and comfortable place to stay in Rio, this is the perfect accommodation for you. The house is located in a safe area and near to many shops and supermarkets. The apartment is clean, comfortable and contains everything you need. Host is super friendly and hospitable.

wonderful stay

The apartment is excellent, exactly as in the pictures and very comfortable. Modern building with good infrastructure, easy to get to and from, with a lot of commerce nearby. In fact a great location in Lapa. I stayed there during the Covid-19 pandemic, but Bianca was always very helpful and lovelly in helping me, she is really a very nice person. Everything went better than I expected. I'll be back in a future.
