About this house rental
AFFORDABLE AND LOVELY . . . 3 BR, 3 BA home, located at 48 Olive Avenue is only about 1 1/2 blocks to the beach and boardwalk AND a few blocks to the fabulous shops, restaurants and entertainment in downtown Rehoboth. Offers a two-story floor plan with a bedroom and bath on the first floor, enclosed screen porch, central air conditioning, wireless internet, W/D, 4 TV's with cable, off-street parking for two cars plus two Rehoboth Beach parking permits, . . . all in a smoke free environment! No pets please.
Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent. Guests pay a $100 cleaning fee with each stay.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. We overall had a good experience. The house was clean, spacious, and the location was great. The kitchen was nice and easy to cook in.However, ive never stayed in a rental that had literally nothing available. I understand brining linens, but there wasn’t one roll ofToilet paper in the house, no hand soap, no sponges, nothing. I’ve never experienced that before and some of those items should be on hand.

Excellent ! The only thing we would like to see changed is the high table we have grandsons (toddlers) this table is not the best. We all like to eat together, the high chairs/table are a problem for us.

Location is amazing, house is beautiful and has absolutely everything you need. The rental company was friendly. I also appreciated the short list of things the owners asked that we do before leaving. I hate when I pay thousands for a vacation and the have a long list of to do’s before leaving. House is well maintained and updated. Appliances are really nice.

Perfect spot with an easy walk to shops and restaurants and town beach/boardwalk. And quick drive to Gordon’s Pond beach for more solitude. Definitely will be back!
