AFFORDABLE LISTING IN OCEAN BLOCK - "THE PINES". Cherished memories are sure to be made in this classic Rehoboth Beach home located just steps to the sand and surf of beautiful Deauville Beach or play tennis. Sleeping 8, there are 3 bedrooms in the main house and 2 additional bedrooms in the 2nd floor detached apartment. After a glorious day at the beach, cool off in the lovely outdoor shower and then unwind on the fabulous screened porches: relax, read, play cards and games or . . . enjoy coffee, cocktails and dining on one of the TWO spacious screened porches. Dining in? The home offers a charcoal BBQ grill and fully equipped kitchen for the chefs in the group. Dining out or hitting the boardwalk for games or rides? No worries... keep the car in the driveway and enjoy a short stroll on the boardwalk into the downtown area. Rehoboth Beach is well known for its fabulous boutiques and the wonderful selection of both delicious casual fare and outstanding gourmet restaurants. Other fabulous features include an "office" if anyone needs to keep in touch with colleagues, washer/dryer, a fabulous outdoor shower, a yard for the kids to play and plenty of off-street parking in the driveway. Bonus: the owner graciously provides 2 Rehoboth Beach parking permits too! Feeling adventurous? Rent or bring your bike and hop the scenic Gordons Pond Bike Trail in adjacent North Shores and you'll be in Historic Lewes in no time. Definitely worth a day visit to the "First Town in the First State". No Pets or Smoking Please.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Our families have been vacationing in Rehoboth for over 20 years and love it! We always stay in the same basic area and rent at least 3 cottages. This cottage is in a great location and was super clean when we arrived. The beds are comfortable and the layout gave our family room to spread out. Our only suggestion is that if you intend to eat in, we found the kitchen to be missing serving items and basic things. We are a family of 8 and choose to eat in quite a bit to save money, so that was sometimes a challenge. Otherwise you can’t go wrong with this beautiful house!
