11 Pennsylvania Avenue is a charming, two-story home in the North Rehoboth Beach ocean block. When guests arrive, they are greeted with a large screened-in porch on the front of the house. This porch is great for anyone who enjoys taking in the fresh air and soaking up the ocean breezes. Another feature guests will enjoy is the patio area in the back of the house, that includes a picnic table and barbecue pit, all ready for prepping meals after a day at the beach, or just taking time to relax with family and friends. Entering from the back patio, guests will find the kitchen, which then gives way to a dining area and living room. There is also a large bedroom with sleeping for four on the first floor. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, giving this home occupancy for up to ten guests.
This is a non-smoking unit, and pets are not permitted.
There is off-street parking for two cars, plus two on-street permits are provided.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $261.50.
Booking Restrictions- 7 Night Stays Only
All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.
