About this house rental

Dog Friendly(One Dog under 25lbs allowed), custom-built coastal 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath beach house with high-end finishes and gracious, welcoming wrap around front porch. Centrally located and walking distance to the beach and everything downtown Rehoboth offers! Open concept floor-plan with new couch and chair and renovated kitchen in 2023 with quartz counters, cabinets, and new appliances, espresso maker, 1st floor ensuite and two gas fireplaces, one in the living room and the other in the upstairs King ensuite bedroom. Upstairs you will find 3 additional ensuites and 5th bedroom.

Bedroom 4: 1 Queen W/ Full Bath

Guests can purchase a $70 (non-refundable) accidental damage protection fee policy OR select a $3,000 refundable security deposit.
Rentals DO NOT INCLUDE toiletries, bed or bath linens, linen packages are available for purchase.
Dogs are not permitted in our rental units unless otherwise indicated.
