Less than two blocks to the beach and an easy walk, jog or bike ride to the Boardwalk and everything in town Rehoboth including shopping and some of the best dining in the area. This Pines cottage with a large shaded front yard has a reverse floor plan with 2 bedrooms on the first floor (1 Queen with a Twin Trundle Bed and another with 2 twin beds) and a bath with shower plus laundry area. On the second floor there is the living area, kitchen, full bath, 3rd bedroom (with a double bed) and screened porch. The cottage sleeps a total of 8. Two outside showers and plenty of parking for 4 cars plus 1 Rehoboth Beach parking permit available for use during your stay.
