Diamond Beach Resort Family Apartment 101

Great having access to the pool and hot tubs. A fab location. Excellent for kids. Close to Pacific Fair, trams and buses. And near the beach.

Need more bedding, blankets- we stayed in winter. More washing liquid and a newer washing rack.

Tesisin konumu denize yakın olması çok güzeldi. Bu sayede sabah ve akşam kumsalda yürüyüş yapabildik. Tesis içinde ısıtmalı iki büyük havuzu iki çocuk havuzu ve iki tane jakuzisi vardı çok kullanışlı ve temizdi. Havuz saatlerinin sabah 7:00 ile gece 10:00 kadar açık olması çok iyiydi. Site içinde ihtiyacınız olan herşey vardı: çocuk parkı, duş alanı, WC, barbekü alanı yemek masaları ve temizlik malzemelerine kadar herşeyi en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş. Palmiye ağaçları ve çiçeklerin içinde huzurlu bir site ayrıca otoparkıda mevcut. Daireleri geniş ve temiz ayrıca ihtiyacınız olabilecek tüm ev aletleri mevcut. Mutfak dolabında süt, çay,kahve, şeker, tuzu görmek bize güzel bir süpriz oldu. Tüm temizlik malzemeleri yanı sıra havlu ve fazladan çarşaf ve battaniye bulundurmaları çok çok güzel. Çocuklarımız için oyuncak bile vardı. Biz çok memnun kaldık. İlerleyen tarihte tekrar gitmeyi isteriz.

Good location and facilities, apartment was good sized for the 3 of us.

My only 2 things i would call out - 1. The fridge was not overly cold and didn't keep drinks etc cold even at the highest level and 2. the front terrace/balcony and that water comes down out of pipes onto the table and chairs from the apartments above. We had things out drying and had been sitting out eating not long before a bunch of water came down where we were....

This resort is very family friendly and the pool is excellent for families. This unit is managed by Styled Stays (Coupers Real Estate) who appear to have no customer service.

The manager Dean Couper. You only have to read reviews from other travelers and his arrogant responses to guests which raising valid issues. See Google reviews/trip advisor. The unit was fit for purpose albeit a loud dryer, sandy apartment on arrival, silicone botched sink and appealing rubbish bin. The AC won’t cool the unit completely and beware of stairs and no lift if travelling with older people or young children (eg pram) - 4 flights from carpark.
