Loved the location and the pool and spa and tropical gardens.

The unit we stayed in needs an upgrade. Bedding wasn’t sufficient for the cold weather, pillows need replacing and the mattress has seen better days. TV remote didn’t work. If they updated all that it would put it back to acceptable level for the prices charged.

Bed was pretty firm, the pillow a little soft and there was only one blanket on the bed. This is just a me problem, I'm sure there's plenty of people out there who love a hard mattress and super soft pillow.

Easy to find location. Great pools & bbq area.

Our room, compared to other families room, was very very different. Our room was dated, in every aspect, from the kitchenette to the bathroom. The shower door leaked water with each shower. Soaking the floors, making the entire bathroom floor slippery. The hot water system, holds only enough water for 1.5 showers. Kitchenware was chipped and mismatched. Knives were so blunt, couldn’t cut any food with them. Mattress had stains all over it and it was quite old. Door missing off laundry tub. Air vent hanging, not attached properly. Dirt marks on bathroom floor, random hairs. A pillow was also jammed up, above the curtain in lounge!! (Possibly to stop sun blaring through?) was quite odd…. Balcony hadn’t been cleaned in a month of sundays by the looks of it. Whoever owns this apartment- needs to maintain it better and have it deep cleaned and updated. Room 150. My sisters family room however, was beautiful and well kept & clean. Room 149.
