Nice host, very good place to stay in Tbilisi, clean, comfortable, very close to the transport and a lot of shops and restaurants around

Location is perfect, above a non-stop shop, with possibility to park for free nearby.
The building is very old and feels like crumbling down any moment. While clean, there was some kind of stale smell which does not go away with airing. Sofas on the photos cannot be extended so all in all you have two double beds. Toilet was not flushing the first day but the owner quickly fixed it.

This place is ideal if you are tired of hotels and want to feel home. You can find everything there. Location is great, hosts are very helpful and kind. We loved staying there and if we are back in Tbilisi, we will definitely stay there!
