    We were only at Rasta Maidan Hotel for one night, which made the location especially perfect. It is in and around absolutely EVERYTHING that you would want to see! Not to mention, the owner was extremely helpful and friendly. The only thing negative I have to say is that the rooms could use a bit of up-keep. They were a little run down. This is a great spot for people looking to pay less for a prime location!

    This was my third visit to Tbilisi and Rasta Maidan within six months. My first stay in December was a great experience; the front desk staff was excellent. However, my recent visits have been disappointing. Three weeks ago, my partner and I chose to stay at Rasta Maidan for our honeymoon, booking a four-day stay. Upon arrival and after making the payment, we were informed that the AC wasn't working but would be fixed the next day. We had to book another hotel and move. Last week, we decided to give them another chance. We explicitly asked if everything was working, especially the AC. Unfortunately, the same issue occurred. Once again, the AC wasn't working, despite their messages assuring us it was. Later, we found out the team had changed. Overall, very disappointed with the recent experiences.
